Good Morning my brothers and sisters in Christ. The Lord has blessed us to see another week. I pray you choose to spend your time living intentionally and with purpose. This morning while I was in prayer the Holy Spirit brought the word “Opportunity” to me. This is my first day back at the office and typically I’m not thrilled about heading into work. Some of you may know I’m transitioning into a full-time entrepreneur in Jesus name. Until it happens I still have a 9-5 job. As I was getting ready to leave the house I kept hearing the word “Opportunity.” I thought what are you trying to tell me, Jesus? What opportunity?
The Holy Spirit said, “Everyday you wake up you have an opportunity. An opportunity to be better than yesterday. An opportunity to go after your goals. An opportunity to grow. An opportunity to walk in your healing. An opportunity to fulfill the purpose God has given you.” Glory be to the Highest. How many times have you crawled out the bed, dreading the day ahead of you? I know I have many times. God is telling us we ought to wake up excited about the OPPORTUNITY we are given every day.
Opportunity means we still have time. We can get it right. We can overcome. It means God still has plans for us. People of God. We woke up with an amazing gift. Opportunity.
Today I urge you to remember this, it’s easy to miss opportunity when we’re focused on adversity. It’s time to shift our perspective. Blessings.
